Quantitative Intermolecular Interaction Characterization

Through a set of orthogonal methodologies, or a combination of them, a comprehensive characterization of target/ligand interactions can be achieved. The use of various techniques allows for characterization in terms of kinetics, utilizing the Wave-delta or the  SwitchSENSE Helix+ or both. The affinity can be directly measured with Monolith X, while PEAQ-ITC offers a deeper understanding of the thermodynamic of the interactions. The Mass Photometer provides a quick and simple estimation of the interaction when two macromolecules are involved. Allosteric transitions upon binding can be explored using both Mass Photometer and SwitchSENSE Helix+.
