Protein Expression

Support in construct and expression strategy design is offered by applying advanced bioinformatic, structure prediction and modeling tools; 

A library of different expression vectors is available for E.coli, insect cells and mammalian systems; subcloning in expression vectors is done using LIC, SLIC or standard ER methods.

A list of different E.coli strains are available for expression testing;  for insect cell system we use Sf9 and H5  and for mammalian HEK298 cells are the standards. 
Baculovirus generation is mostly transposition-based,  but recombination-based is also in use if needed. 
Small scale expression optimization is miniaturized in multiwell plates;
Scale up for final biomass delivery is done in the 1-10L scale.
